Kelly joined PalomarWealth in 2017 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Working closely with CEO Keith Hubble, she oversees and cultivates each area of the practice by aligning the team, technology, and the Thrivent/TAN relationship to best serve PalomarWealth clients. With a natural aptitude for organization, Kelly brings structure and efficiency to the firm, always striving to use her strengths for the benefit of both the team and clients.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a pre-law emphasis from Roosevelt University and later worked as a legal administrator. She continued her education by earning a master’s degree in Human Resources and remains committed to ongoing learning as laws and regulations continue to evolve.
In 2020, Kelly and her family relocated from Peoria, Illinois to Charlotte, North Carolina. Working remotely has been a meaningful benefit, allowing her to spend more time with her family. She and her husband share three daughters. Kelly loves traveling with her family and never misses an opportunity to spend time on a beach.
Faith is an important part of Kelly’s life and leadership. Her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32, reflects her commitment to kindness, compassion, and forgiveness in all aspects of life.
