PalomarWealth Gives Back
Ongoing Programs at PalomarWealth

Action Teams
Thrivent members may have access to 1-2 Action teams a year to provide seed money for a charitable project of their choice. Our goal is inform and support our clients' Action Teams. Additionally, our team often coordinates our own personal Action Teams to organize office charitable events. View the Thrivent Action Teams Hub here.

Sponsorships
Our practice has partnerships with many community organizations. In the past year, PalomarWealth has sponsored events or programs for Children’s Home of Illinois, Wildlife Prairie Park, & Junior Achievement. The practice has a long-standing relationship with Concordia Lutheran School, as well as OSF Children's Hospital.

Thrivent Community Program
The Thrivent Community program is a part of the Thrivent Member Network. Financial Professionals bring clients and their families and friends together to make an impact locally. Past Community programs have been creating blankets for the OSF Children's Hospital, supplying the Almost Home Children's Center with needed items, building kits for the Dream Center Peoria Shelter, and suppyling the Peoria Park District with trail cleaning supplies and tools.

Employee Volunteer Program
The purpose of PalomarWealth’s volunteer program is to support volunteer activities that enhance and serve the communities in which we live and work. The intention of this program is to create community engagement opportunities for our employees that are meaningful, purposeful and address issues that impact quality of life. At the same time, we recognize that participating in these activities will also enrich and inspire the lives of our employees. ‘Community’ is not defined as just local community but may encompass a global perspective. Each employee receives a paid day every quarter to volunteer.
2021 Christmas Giving Campaign
Last year, our practice elected to donate $6,000 to local charities in lieu of holding a client appreciation event. We will continue this new tradition for 2021, but we are adding a new element into the mix! PalomarWealth will MATCH total donations up to $2000 to each of these 6 different local non-profit organizations, doubling our contribution for a grand total of $12,000 in donations. We know our clients have generous hearts, please prayerfully consider donating!
Please click the Donate button below to visit the charity's online giving page. You can learn more about any of the 6 charities by clicking on their website link in the short description below.
When donating to a charity, please enter the name, "PalomarWealth Christmas Giving Campaign," into the Comments/Special Instructions field. This will ensure we are tracking total donations and matching appropriately. Only the Northeast Community Fund has created a special dedicated page for our fundraiser, additional instructions are not required for this charity.
This campaign will run from November 30th, 2021 through December 15th, 2021. We are excited and thankful to have you join us in supporting these charities. Wishing you the best of health and contentment over the holidays, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
